appearance fees All quoted fees are for an appearance totaling 6 hours or less. If your appearance requires more than 6 hour, an additional charge may be incurred. Consult, Chelle Hyde, Business Manager, for details. 100% of appearance fee goes to Miss California |

In addition, there is a 15% booking fee that pays for Miss California administrative fees such as telephone, fax, autograph pads and photographs. The booking organization is also responsible for transportation fees (air travel or 40 cents per mile via car, depending on distance), meals and overnight accomodations, if necessary, and incidental expenses such as parking, tips and tolls. A $50 deposit
is required to secure your booking date. Once the appearance is complete,
you will receive a bill for the remainder of the fees. Payment should be
remitted within ten (10) days from receipt of statement. |

The mileage
cost, if applicable, is 40 cents per mile. If she is available, Miss
California will also attend your dress rehearsal and/or post pageant
functions at no additional charge. If there are additional appearances
you wish her to make in your community, they are considered a separate
booking and an additional charge may be incurred. Please check with
Chelle Hyde before making any such commitments. |
