Standard Appearances
Miss California's regular fee is $300. 100% of this fee goes to Miss California, and in most cases, is her only means of support throughout the year. In addition, there is a 15% booking fee that pays for Miss California administrative fees such as telephone, fax, autograph pads and photographs. Other required expenses include: transportation fees (either air or mileage at $.30 per mile, depending on the travel distance), meals and overnight accommodations, if necessary, and incidental expenses such as parking, tips and tolls.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking date. Once the appearance is complete, you will receive a bill for the remainder of the fees. Payment should be remitted within ten (10) days from receipt of statement.
The above fees apply to appearances totaling 6 hours or less. If your appearance requires Miss California for longer than 6 hours, an additional charge may be incurred. Please check with Chelle Hyde .

Non-Profit Organizations
Non-profit organizations receive a discounted fee of $200 per appearance. All other costs are the same as outlined above. This fee applies to appearances totaling 6 hours or less. If your appearance requires Miss California for longer than 6 hours, an additional charge may be incurred. Please check with Chelle Hyde.

Service Organizations and Schools
For service organizations and schools requiring Miss California for approximately 1 hour, there is a discounted fee of $100. All other costs are the same as outlined above.

Local Pageants
The appearance fee for local pageants is $200, and mileage, where applicable, is billed at a discounted rate of $.20 per mile. This fee covers pageant night only. If her schedule permits, Miss California will also attend dress rehearsal and/or post-pageant functions at no additional charge. If there are additional appearances you wish her to make while in your community, that may be considered a separate booking and an additional charge may be incurred.
