| Eligibility Area | From the Oregon border south to the southern border of San Benito County, including all counties west of Interstate-5: Alameda, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma and Trinity. Contestants from throughout the state of California are eligible to compete in 2 open pageants per year, as long as one of them is in their Home Open Area. |
