This is a double competition, i.e. two different competitions run concurrently at the same event.

Miss Alameda County is available to eligible candidates who live, work, or attend school full-time in Alameda County or Contra Costa County.

Miss San Francisco County is available to eligible candidates who live, work, or attend school full-time in San Francisco County or San Mateo County.

There is no Outstanding Teen competition.
