Limited titles are available to eligible delegates who live, work, or attend school full-time in the cities of Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Fullerton, and Brea. This includes, but is not limited to, full-time students attending California State University Fullerton, Fullerton College, Biola University, and Hope International University.

Open titles are available to eligible delegates who live, work, or attend school full-time in the state of California and are able to serve Placentia / Yorba Linda.
