Where is she now?
For the past two years, I have worked in Mumbai, India at Apne Aap Women's Collective, an anti-trafficking organization serving women and girls in the largest and oldest red-light area in Asia. Previously, I was an investment banker at Barclays in New York, specializing in technology, media, and telecom sector. During college, I founded a college admissions consulting service for high school students, counseled sexual assault survivors on campus, and managed ~1,500 writers at an online media startup.
As an intersectional feminist, I would like to dedicate my life to ending all forms of gender-based violence and discrimination, including the sexual objectification of women and girls and the restricted expression of masculinity by men and boys.
