To create an account in the Miss California portal system, submit the application form below.  Wanting to compete? Start here. Double check your email address when creating an account and submitting the form. Ensure you're logged into the correct account - you cannot share!

Local Candidate Portal applicants should already be registered with the Miss America Organization. Your director will instruct you when to apply. Not registered yet? DO NOT APPLY. You only need to apply to the Local Candidate Portal once. Do not apply more than once.

State Candidate Portals are only for competitors who have already won a local title. Your director will instruct you when to apply.
