The titles of Miss San Francisco and Miss Alameda County are available to eligible contestants who live, work, or attend school full time in any of the following counties: Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Marin County, Napa County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz County, Solano County.

Miss Peninsula is open statewide.
